Online booking is available for new patients scheduling an initial psychiatric evaluation, in person at our Red Bank office or by telehealth anywhere in New Jersey. We also offer executive function coaching to support planning, organization, and follow-through alongside treatment.
Before you book
A few requirements to review first, so your appointment goes smoothly.
- Online booking is for new patients scheduling an initial psychiatric evaluation. Current patients should call or text the office.
- You must be a New Jersey resident at the time of your appointment.
- ADHD evaluations are conducted in person at our Red Bank office.
- Stimulant medications cannot be prescribed without an in-person appointment.
- Payment is required at the time of booking. You can review our fees and how out-of-network reimbursement works before you schedule.
- Dr. Kolli does not offer online booking. Please call the office to schedule with her.
- Our office staff has access to more appointment times than appear online. If you do not see a time that works, call us.

After you book
Confirmation email
You will receive a confirmation email acknowledging your appointment, along with directions for accessing our patient portal. Our office policies are included in this email.
Patient portal
You will receive login credentials for our secure patient portal, PracticeQ, where you complete the pre-appointment paperwork before your visit.
Your video appointment
Virtual visits are held on Spruce, our HIPAA compliant platform. An invitation to download Spruce arrives by email after you schedule.

Is our practice the right fit?
We want your first appointment to be useful, so a few honest notes before you book.
Our psychiatrists are conservative in prescribing benzodiazepines such as Klonopin and Xanax. If you currently take more than 3mg daily, our practice may not be the right fit for your care.

Cancellation and rescheduling
To cancel or reschedule without charge, let us know at least two business days before your appointment. A $15 processing fee applies to all cancellations regardless of timing.
Missed appointments and late cancellations are charged the full fee for the scheduled visit, as reserved time cannot be offered to other patients.
