Booking Instructions

We are pleased to offer convenient on-line booking for virtual appointments all over New Jersey and in-person appointments at our Red Bank for new patients seeking virtual and in-office psychiatric evaluations. We also provide Executive Function Coaching to help with planning, follow-through, organization, and day-to-day functioning alongside your treatment plan.

If you need more options for appointment dates or times, please call our office. Our office staff has access to more appointment slots than we are able to offer on-line. Currently, Dr. Kolli does not offer on-line bookings. Please call the office if you would like to book with her.

After you book an appointment:

Confirmation Email: Upon finalizing your booking, you will receive a confirmation email. This email serves as acknowledgment of your scheduled appointment. The email will also include directions to accessing our patient portal. 

Patient Portal: You will be provided with instructions and login credentials for our secure patient portal, Practice Q. You must log in to complete the necessary pre-appointment procedures.

Eligibility for online bookings:

  • On-line booking is exclusive for new patients requiring initial psychiatric evaluations. Current patients please call or text the office.
  • You must be a New Jersey state resident to see Dr. Naqvi or Dr. Kolli. You must be a New Jersey, New York, or Pennsylvania state resident to see Dr. Tandon.
  • ADHD evaluations require an in-person evaluation.
  • Stimulant medications can not be prescribed without an in-person appointment.
  • Payment for the appointment is required to book on-line.

Considerations:

  • Our psychiatrists are very conservative when prescribing benzodiazepines such as klonopin and xanax. If you are on doses greater than 2mg daily, we might not be the right fit for you.
  • If you are in imminent risk of hurting yourself or others, please seek the nearest emergency room.
  • The practice does not specialize in active drug and alcohol dependence.

Cancellation Policy: To cancel or reschedule your appointment without any charges, please inform us at least 2 business days prior to the appointment. Please note that a $15 processing fee will be applied to all cancellations, regardless of the timing of the cancellation.

Please be advised that no-shows or failing to cancel within the specified time, will result in a charge equivalent to the cost of the scheduled appointment.

Virtual Appointments: Your appointment will be held on our HIPAA compliant platform, Spruce. You will receive an invitation to download Spruce via email after you have scheduled an appointment.
